Employment / Mentoring Committee

Committee members will be responsible for identification of potential employers for Ex-offenders. Committee members will also develop a model of an infrastructure that will provide mentoring, sponsorship, job coaching, etc. for Ex-offenders during their employment. The infrastructure will also include developing a framework for which to educate potential employers of Ex-offenders, on how to train and effectively work with issues related to Ex-offenders while they are under their employment.
